The mission of MWCC is to reach out to the children and families of third world countries, equipping them with God's love and knowledge through His Holy Word. We develop programs for evangelism and spiritual growth, so these families may in turn spread the good news about salvation through Jesus Christ.

Get involved in what we Christians are all about. In what He has called us to do. God asks us to use the gifts He has given us. You don't have to go to Africa to save a thousand children. Learn how you can get involved.

Orphanage

We now have an orphanage located in Kimilili, Kenya. It houses about 80 students ranging from 2 to 13 years old. The rains in Kenya this year were very heavy and the facility they had was washed away. We are now in the process of purchasing land and building a new facility which will include a dormatory, kitchen, and school. Pastor Kizito, the director, is doing a great job with the kids. He and his staff work for little to nothing; their priority is to care for the children.

School

In January of 2006 Pastor Protus began an elementary school in Kimkungi, Kenya. The Marti Ward Academy contains preshool through third grade classes. There are about 53 students at this time. This has been a great opportunity to serve the community of Kimkungi. Many of the students pay a yearly tuition but the majority are sponsored by church members of CornerStone Christian Fellowship - Kimkungi, Kenya and sponsors from the U.S. Their goal and mission is to give the highest education available. Our teachers are completely dedicated and are willing to do whatever is needed for each student to succeed.

Bible College

Our first group of students of the Marti Ward Bible College graduated in June of 2006. We were so amazed at their dedication to God and to the school. We can't wait to see how God will be using them this next year.
